Frequently Asked Questions.

Everything you need to know about care, cost, and getting started at CPI.

Do you take insurance?
CPI is a private-pay practice and out-of-network with all insurance companies. This allows you to receive the highest quality of care, true 1-on-1 service, and treatment plans catered entirely to your individual goals.
Do you accept FSA or HSA cards?
Yes — both FSA and HSA cards are accepted.
Do you accept out-of-network benefits?
We remove ourselves from dealing with insurance directly. However, you can discuss out-of-network reimbursement with your insurance company. While we don't take insurance, we can provide a “superbill” that you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. We highly advise contacting your insurance company beforehand to clarify any out-of-network benefits. For further discussion, book a call with our team.
Why does CPI view its services as an investment rather than a standard expense?
True rehabilitation and performance go beyond temporary gains — they are a direct investment in your long-term vitality, functional longevity, and quality of life. We view your health as your most valuable asset, the same principle used by high performers, elite athletes, and top executives who prioritize premium, personalized care.
What if I live out of town?
You can book a call and discuss Remote Therapy and Training options with our team.
Do you work only with athletes?
No. While the foundation of CPI was built from an elite and professional background, we believe all people are athletes in their own right — whether you're a professional competitor or a weekend warrior looking to raise your quality of life.
If I need imaging or a referral to an MD, will CPI help with this process?
Yes. CPI is committed to bringing the experience of a full rehabilitation staff to your team. We have MDs we're connected with who are available for telehealth appointments and scripts for advanced imaging. Before moving forward with a plan of care, we'll wait for the results before proceeding.
For packages, is the total amount due upfront?
Yes — package payments are ideally made in full upfront. This allows us to reserve your sessions and keep your care plan on track. That said, every situation is different; in certain circumstances CPI may offer invoicing and customized payment plans. Contact us to discuss what arrangements or customized membership monthly plans may be available.
