For athletes requiring medical clearance, CPI works collaboratively with physicians, athletic trainers, coaches, and other healthcare providers throughout the recovery process. Completion of a CPI Return-to-Play assessment does not replace physician clearance when required by medical providers, schools, leagues, or governing organizations. Final medical clearance for unrestricted participation must be provided by the appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
